Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

At comfortable fashion I always aim to get your purchased product  to you in a timely manner.  Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, my goal is to have it in shipment within 24 hours.  Occasionally, a circumstance may arise that it may take longer, however, I will always strive to have it out no later than 48 hours.

If you purchased an item and plan to pick it up,  it must be picked up within 48 hours of order , unless you have spoken with me about your pick up arrangements. 

 
At this time I do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for one order. I also do not ship internationally.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once your product order has been processed and packaged , it will be shipped within 24 hours but no later than 48 hours from packaging.  You will receive an updated status  email to your order.  You can then see the status of your order at any time by logging into your account. Please keep in mind that the “ship by/promise date” is best guesstimate as to when your package will ship, but many factors could alter your 

ship date.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your package, log in to your account to view your order history. Click the “view” button on your order number to view your order status. If your package has shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If you just placed your order, please e-mail me with your order number and request the delivery address update. Once your order status is “In Process”, I have a tiny window in which I can make the change. Please keep in mind that once an order has been placed and is in process, there is a small chance we may not be able to update the delivery address. Thank you for understanding!

Free shipping is valid for qualifying orders of $90 or more before taxes and after applicable discounts. This promotion is not applicable towards previous purchases, gift cards, or pick-up orders. Cannot be redeemed for cash. Terms of offer are subject to change.

My shipping rates are flat rates and are as follows:

Standard Shipping Rates at $7.50 per order 

California Shipping Rates $11.00 per order ( if you live in California)

Free for orders over $90

International Shipping

I do not offer shipping to international locations currently.   I do ship to all USA states.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Comfortable Fashion, I strive for absolute customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your order, I offer free exchanges or store credit for items returned. I intend to make the process as convenient as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In order to return your item, it must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Eligible items along  will be issued as a store credit to your account.

​

Items eligible for returns must have tags intact and must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered, no pet hair and no odors. When trying on items, please take care to avoid leaving stains from deodorant, perfume, makeup, etc., as stains of any kind will render the item ineligible for a refund.

​

If your item arrived to you in damaged condition, it is eligible for a return for credit or exchange if the tag is intact and if the item is unworn, unaltered, and free of additional damages for which C.F is not responsible.

 

At Comfortable Fashion, I also offer free exchanges. To exchange an item, it must be asked for exchange within 14 days of its delivery date, and it must meet the same criteria described above. If your exchange is approved. Shipping is still charged, however I often will combine it with another order you place so you are not paying shipping more than needed.

LIVE EVENTS

Items purchased from Comfortable Fashion, LLC, at an open house, or pop-up event are also eligible for returns and exchanges as outlined previously. However, if you purchased with cash at one of these events and are seeking a store credit or exchange, please email me at katelyneckard@comfortablefashion.shop

DISCLAIMERS

Intimates are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

C.F. is  not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

C.F. reserves the right to reject returns, refunds, and exchanges at its discretion.

HOW TO RETURN

Return/ store credit requests can be intiated at katelyneckard@comfortablefashion.shop. If you are seeking an exchange, please email at katelyneckard@comfortablefashion.shop as well. If you purchased from a facebook live, please also utilize C.F's business email above for all return requests. This allows better tracking of customer's serviced.

To return your items, securely package them along with a printed copy of your confirmation of purchase email. (If you paid with cash, you will not have a confirmation email, so simply send your item.) Print your return label and tape it to the package. Ship the package at your local post office or use a shipping service of your choice.

You will get an email when C.F has received your package and has approved your credit or exchange.
